Coaching Essentials Certification Trainings

One of 3 gateway trainings (module 1) of the Meta-Coach Training System® and a prerequisite to become a certified Meta-Coach. If you have NLP or Meta-NLP Practitioner Certification from a recognised Institute, you can skip this Module and go straight to Module 2 (Coaching Genius/Accessing Personal Genius).

This training will introduce you to the basic NLP Communication Model as it applies to the domain of Coaching. This course can be taken as a standalone or as Module 1 of the Meta-Coach Training System® Program.

Coaching Genius Certification Trainings

Accessing Personal Genius or Coaching Genius is a Neuro-Semantics foundational training where you will earn a 3-day Meta-States Certification. One of the 3 gateway trainings (module 2) of the Meta-Coach system and a prerequisite to become a certified Meta-Coach. This training will greatly add to your self-leadership, influencing, communication, and coaching skills. You learn how to develop, access and operate from your best states – your genius or flow states.

The duration of the NLP Practitioner Certification training must be a minimum of:

• 20 hours of pre-course reading (User Manual for the Brain Vol 1 or your complete NLP Training Manual)
• Seven whole days face-to-face classroom training (Eight days from November 2012)
• A demonstration of knowledge you’ve gained by reaching the pass mark of the final written assessment.
• Demonstration of your skills gained with a live bench-marked pattern delivery

5.   Multiple live demonstrations of presentation and training skills gained with small and full group presentations

The duration of the NLP Master Practitioner Certification training must be a minimum of:

1.   Attainment of your NLP Practitioner Certification from a recognised NLP trainer

2.   40 hours of pre-course reading (User Manual for the Brain Vol 2 or your complete Master NLP Training Manual plus Mind lines- Hall)

3.   Fourteen whole days face-to-face classroom training

4.   A demonstration of knowledge you’ve gained by reaching the pass mark of the final written assessment (open book- assessment supplied pre-course)

5.   Demonstration of your skills gained with a live bench-marked pattern delivery

6.   The training delivered by an INSA ‘Recognised Trainer’

Only trainers that are currently licensed and in good standing with the Institute of Neuro-Semantics South Africa (SAINS) and therefore the International Society of Neuro-Semantics (ISNS), and that have undertaken the following minimum training requirements are considered and acknowledged by the SAINS as ‘Recognised NLP & Neuro-Semantic Trainers’, and as such may use and display the ‘Recognised NLP Trainer’ Logo providing:

• Have taken their NLP practitioner and Master practitioner certification with a ‘Recognised NLP Trainer’ within or outside of the ISNS.
• Have fully completed and graduated through the Neuro-Semantic NS & NLP Trainer’s Training (NSTT) program (see Trainers Training below)
• The trainer is currently delivering NLP certification training and or has NLP certification trainings publicly planned and scheduled.

Your NLP Practitioner or Master Practitioner membership with the SAINS requires your NLP Trainer to be an SAINS ‘Recognized Trainer’ and your NLP graduation certificate must carry the ISNS gold Seal.

The SAINS NLP training standards (Recognised Trainer, classroom hours trained, and the type and quantity of content delivered) for NLP and Meta-NLP certification, include and often transcend the minimum course training standards required by most if not all other NLP Associations and NLP bodies across South Africa.

The following outline expresses the minimum standards for ‘Recognised NLP Trainers’ to deliver to and the necessary content for your successful NLP membership with the SAINS:
